mindl-bogglingly high-end; to some it's unspeakably low-end. The
difference is *social*, and is exactly the ground I want to cover
-- the gap.

Column: ASK DR. TURING Technical problems (dig ancient tube related
gunk out), funny math (Eric Hughes?), sex advice, pine away for
Christopher, etc. Crypto would be perfect.

MINING THE PAST: dig out fun facks, SPHERE, WORLD POWR SYSTEMS,
NEXT, LISA, paper tape stories, etc.

Movie reviews.

LET'S MAKE FUN OF...: similar to WIRED/TIRED, only rant against some
trendy subject, with substance: nanotech, VR=RV, etc... essential punk
criticism.



URBANISM: grouping by affiliation, rather than geographical. Instead of
California
(city=SF,Sacto,LA,suburb=Alameda,Glendale,rural=29Palms,Ukiah,etc) we
group logically: 

URBAN SF, NYC, LA, etc
SUB: Alameda, Glendale, etc
RURAL: etc

SF, NYC, LA group similarly. My urban friends hope from city to city.
Goverment should align this way.
