1. Windows 98 Async to WPS Serial Stream, using CD as handshake;
the serial stream has no buffering, and Windows Async driver
overruns:

	ptp.exe -c ... 

Requires jumpering WPS Serial Stream device pin 5 (CTS) to Async
pin 8 (CD) and code invoked by -d in ptp.exe:
